Prince Jewelers is proud to bring you our handcrafted Gold Grillz, carefully casted from pure gold. Grillz are typically shipped within 1-6 weeks of receiving your depending on complexity and how busy our shop is. Due to how detail oriented each project is, this timeline may be subject to change, but we will continue to update you throughout the process. Our main goal is to deliver you a quality piece.

Due to recently volatile gold prices, your price will be locked for 3 months after the mold kits are delivered. After 3 month it is possible we will reasonably reevaluate your price at our discretion.

2. Receive your at-home mold kit
3. Take your mold and ship it back
4. Once your grill is ready we will ship it back to you promptly
5. Once your receive your grillz, someone will follow up with you within 2 weeks to confirm that you are satisfied with the fitting.

Craftsmanship is at the heart of our Gold Grillz, our Grillz are made slightly thicker than your average grill to ensure a durable and long lasting set.

Our jewelers have over 20 years of experience in crafting jewelry and diamond setting.

Upon placing your order, we'll provide you with a mold kit by mail, allowing you to create an impression of your teeth. Once you take your impression, text the number provided with pictures of your mold for approval. Once you mail back the molds, our team will examine your impression and begin your project. Keep in mind that these dental impressions expire 3 months after they are taken. Please be sure to mail back your impressions promptly, to avoid having to order another kit.

While we strive for perfection with every mold, we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. All molds will be examined prior to casting. In the event of a misfit due to poor molding we charge a 30% fee to remake any projects.

• Final Sale & No Returns — All custom pieces are final sale. Because every grill is made specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted. The Seller reserves the right to repurchase a completed piece at a price determined by mutual agreement. 
• Pricing — Quoted prices are subject to change without a proper deposit if the cost of materials or labor changes significantly during production.
• Timelines — Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Typical timelines are 1–8 weeks depending on the complexity of your piece. You will be promptly notified of any delays.
• Alterations — Any alterations or sizing adjustments after completion are subject to mutual agreement and are at the discretion of the Seller. Additional costs may be incurred.
• Cancellation — If an order is cancelled before completion, deposits are non refundable and credit given is at the discretion of the seller.
• Maintenance — Care guidelines will be provided upon delivery. Additional maintenance and repair services are available at the discretion of the Seller.
• Liability & Injuries — Grillz by Prince is not responsible for any dental health issues, injuries, or damages of any kind related to the use or wear of the finished product, nor the molding process.
• Dispute Resolution — Any disputes arising from this purchase will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing arbitration or litigation, administered in Harris County, Texas.
